During the past several years, we have been fortunate to have been invited to assist several of our existing landscape Clients with interior renovation projects. Whether the project requires the building of an addition or simply the reworking or refreshing of existing interior spaces, we welcome the opportunity.

VIP 3D Models
We use a compliment of design techniques to allow our clients to visualize their space including colour hand renderings and 3D modelling software.
Lighting
Determining an optimal lighting scheme for a new project is important to ensure the feel and character of the space is captured - this is done through a combination of overhead and floor lighting.
Flooring
Flooring selection is an integral choice in the renovation of your new space. Hardwood and engineered flooring, carpet and tiles are a few of the options we can help you explore and install.
Tiling
Installing floor tiles in a mudroom, main hallway and kitchen or installing tiles for a kitchen backsplash or shower wall provide tremendous functionality and character to any renovation.

We will work with you to select the unit that meets your needs (gas, electric, wood burning) and design the exterior (mantels, surrounds, hearts, stone veneer) to suit your space.

Project Features
- An airy and welcoming foyer was designed incorporating a stunning tiled floor accent with hardwood extending throughout the balance of the main floor
- The custom kitchen provides key features including quartz marble counters, stainless steel appliances, and a large central island providing additional prep space and seating
- The faux-beam vaulted ceiling in the kitchen extends into the living space creating a stunning visual throughout the main floor
- A custom fabricated sliding barn door was installed to create a sense of privacy for the office space off the main foyer
- Custom built-ins are featured within the master walk-in closet to showcase a spacious dressing room as well as provide various storage compartments

Interior Design Process
To get a better understanding we will discuss the scope of project as well as design goals, wants and needs for the space.
Preliminary photographs will be taken along with any measurements if necessary
Concept boards will be presented to illustrate potential space plans, furniture and finish selections
Our interior designer will help refine the project budget to suit your needs
Once a design is finalized, a Monarch FLI Project Manager will visit the site with our Interior Designer to discuss the project details
A drafted drawing set will be prepared which may include floor plans, furniture plans, elevations and details
A detailed specification document will be provided with finalized quantiities and finishes for client review
Clients will be required to sign-off on final drawings and material selections at which time a deposit will be required
At this time the necessary installations will be scheduled
As the project progresses our team will guide you along the way ensuring any changes are accomodated into construction and any client decisions that are required are made in a timely manner to ensure the project stays on schedule
