Project Features

• Transitional landscape design approach introduced an elevated deck with and outdoor cook station with bar seating
• Vertical scale was created with an architecturally detailed pergola and eyebrow trellis above the main floor window
• Natural stone veneered planters were created to surround the hot tub
• Accent lighting was integrated throughout the landscape to provide a dynamic environment that is functional and visually striking
• A tumbled precast concrete patio was installed to provide a large entertainment area with a natural stone fire pit
• Four season room was built on a structural foundation with brick veneer to match the house
• The interior features a natural stone floor with custom cabinetry, natural stone fireplace and coffered ceilings creating an inviting and relaxing space for our clients
