• Existing grades created a unique opportunity for multiple elevated terraces and garden rooms
• Low natural stone walls helped define space and acts as additional seating
• Decorative privacy screens were assembled with perforated steel sheets and painted PVC creating a backdrop to the primary lounge
• A linear fire burner was placed in a central location to be visible from all areas of the yard
• Open pergola with architectural columns provides vertical definition and reduced the scale of house
• Simple plant pallet was used to offer a vegetative screen with lighting integrated into the pergola to provide ambience and wayfinding
• Natural stone veneered bar and counter was installed adjacent the hot tub to provide the perfect lounge setting
